Affordable Connection Team
There are 3 steps in the process of buying an affordable home in Stapleton or anywhere in Denver. They can be done in any order depending on your particular qualifications, motivations and knowledge of the buying process. Please feel free to call us during any step and we will gladly assist you.
Step one: Find a Realtor who has an official Affordable Housing Designation with the Denver Board of Realtors. We have been selling affordable homes in Stapleton for over 8 years and have helped over 200 buyers with the program. We can get you an idea of what is available both new and resale and if you like, take you around and show you some specific properties. You can also go through steps 2 and 3 first to make sure you are qualified, but of course feel free to call as you will undoubtedly have a lot of questions about these next steps.

Step 2: Get income qualified. This process involves an application package that confirms your income and knowledge of the program. You can get these applications on-line or from us. Who you contact and which application package you complete will depend on whether you are buying a new home or a resale.
